I’m Joseph Cole
I am a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, committed to helping leaders grow through biblical wisdom and proven leadership principles.
My leadership journey began in 2007 when I stepped into my first role as a lead pastor. Since then, I have led in multicultural and international settings, coaching and mentoring leaders across Latin America, West Africa, and the United States.
As a missionary and former director of a missions-centered Bible school, I have worked with leaders from diverse backgrounds—Latino, African, European, and Asian—helping them navigate leadership challenges, build high-performing teams, and lead with confidence.
Through my training with the John Maxwell Team, I have developed the tools to equip leaders with timeless biblical wisdom and practical leadership strategies. Whether through one-on-one coaching, team training, mastermind groups, or keynote speaking, my mission is to help leaders lead with clarity, integrity, and impact.
